The line is composed by loading car, uncolier, guiding feeding device, roll forming machine, cutter, automatic stacker, hydraulic system, electric contral system.
The production speeds up to 60m/min, which can produce different profile through change quick-change cassette easily. One worker can operate the all line .PLC collective control the loading coil ,un-coiler ,pre-shears, forming machine, cutting ,stacker , it can be input several group data for machine produce one time and automatic produce. The whole line can be controlled by remote controller and covered by integral guard and safety light curtain .The machine is complying with European Unions safety standards and it has been approved by CE.
The roof panel production line speeds up to 40m/min, it is possible to produce two profiles according to change quick-change cassettes. The whole line can be controlled by remote controller, integral guard was covered on the machine, which complying with European Unions safety standards and has been passed CE.
