Cross beams roll forming line

These cross beams connect the vertical upright of shelving assemblies, creating a strong structure holding the shelves for supporting goods.
The cross beams can be made up either by using two roll formed profiles which are mechanically fixed and locked to one another; or using a single strip, roll formed to a closed section, with a folded seam or welded, where the two sides joint.

Tianfon builds rollforming lines for welded profiles, giving high productivity and a short set up time, quickly modifying the rolls position. The machine use quick change cassette, you can change the profiles easily.
